Media

OPernambuco drumswas featured in various social communication media in Pernambuco and Brazil. In some cases we participate in recordings, programs or reports for printed newspapers. See below some of our participations in open television.

In 2014 thePernambuco Batuques Percussive Groupparticipated in TV Clube's Carnival Vignette.

In the video it is possible to verify that the group appears next to Fabio Barra who is playing among the members ofPernambuco drums.

In 2016 thePernambuco Batuques Percussive Groupparticipated in the program Tás Where? Summer, presented by Beto Café that animated the afternoons of TV Guararapes.

The video is 26 minutes long and was recorded on the pier next to Praia do Paiva on the banks of the Jaboatão River. Among the attractions are the singer Léo Guilherme, the Seductive Band and thePernambuco drums.

In 2017 the Percussivo Batuques de Pernambuco Group participated in the Carnival Vignette on TV Guararapes.

In this video, the group appears in some images that make reference to Maracatu and all the irreverence and diversity of Olinda.

In 2022 thePernambuco Batuques Percussive Groupis invited to participate in the Que Arretado program on TV Guararapes.

Amanda Maga and Wendy Hazin, who decided to miss Carnival and learn to play some of the baque virado instruments, had fun with the members ofPernambuco drums.

In 2023 thePernambuco Batuques Percussive Groupis invited to participate in the carnival vignette on TV Guararapes.

In this video thePernambuco drumsrepresents all Maracatu Nations and Baque Livre Groups bringing the irreverence and diversity of Pernambuco Carnival.
